成品鞋发霉翻箱处理方案
一、成品鞋发霉后，首先，用碎布或牙刷沾iHeir-clean防霉清洁剂对鞋子做全面的做清洁、杀菌，彻底清洁掉菌尸、霉灰，特别注意目视不到的细缝处，晾干（注：羊京、西施绒、反毛皮等材料鞋子直接用毛刷清洁掉霉灰即可）。
二、在已做过清洁杀菌处理的鞋子上, 用喷枪将iHeir-spray防霉抗菌剂均匀喷在产品上，然后连同鞋盒过一次烤箱、晾干或用碎布、海绵沾iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏均匀涂抹在皮革制品上(注：喷枪压力应控制在2.5P-3.0P左右，雾化后均匀喷洒在产品上；此两种方式依鞋子产品本身好操作方式进行选择使用方法)。
三、考虑到翻箱处理的特殊性，霉菌的可繁殖、传染性，在翻箱处理时，尽量将之前用的包装纸、塞纸全部更新，更换过包装或在包装内侧刷或喷上适量iHeir-spray防霉抗菌剂，自然风干再行包装出货。
备注：防霉抗菌剂有一定刺激性，请务必配戴口罩和乳胶手套。如有其它疑问，我司可提供技术支持与专业指导，也可派专人上门现场指导。
